The 2020 ARSTM@NCA Virtual Preconference on Social Justice was a huge success, with over 70 registered attendees, 3 distinguished keynote speakers, and 17 papers by 25 authors. The asynchronous content provided by authors as well as recordings of their paper discussion sessions are available to registered ARSTM members through December 11.
A post-preconference reading list of texts, recordings, and other resources recommended or referenced during the preconference is now a permanent addition to the ARSTM website’s resources list.
The Keynote Panel recording, featuring three distinguished speakers on science, technology, and medicine, from across–and outside of–rhetoric, is available in perpetuity on the ARSTM website and YouTube channel.
Many thanks again to our keynote speakers, Drs. Les Hutchinson Campos, Iris L. Davis, and Armond R. Towns for sharing their insights and experience with the ARSTM community. The Q&A following their presentations is full of new ideas and provocations, and is not to be missed!
